My name is Diana, Im from Wollongong NSW. Photography is new to me, I purchased the Nikon Coolpix P510 4 weeks ago mainly because of its ease of use with no lens to change and i loved the 42 zoom of it. This camera helped build my confidence.

Friday I felt that I had "out grown" this camera and purchased the Nikon 5100 which came with twin lens 18-55 mm & 55-300 mm. So far so good am loving every min of it, even using the camera on Auto at least its a start.

My husband also a member of this forum referred me as he said it would be good for me, so here I am.

Wecome Diana and thank you for your choice of screen name. Why? because for days I had been trying to remember what my Grandmother nicknamed me, as I am recording my family history- and yesterday there it was- Diddles. I guess it is a Diana / Dianne dimutitive.

I think it is true that if you keep your eyes and ears open, the answer will come, sometimes in misterious ways, so a special thankyou and a very warm welcome. I hope you enjoy your time on AP Diddles.
