Some great thermal activity happening on the sun, since Thursday. Massive solar storm on it's way. Which means we should get some Aurora activity tonight. At present in Hobart we have quite heavy cloud cover, so that needs to pi.. go away before we will get to see it. But if it does, those members in Tassie who can get outside tonight and get away from city/town lights, and look to the south should be able to see it (if it occurs). A solar storm is travelling to earth at 4.8 million kmh, and is due to hit tonight, and into tomorrow
