View Full Version : Ah HA!! Found you lot . . .
So is this where the film shooters hang out?
I have just taken ownership of a Nikon F100 and am really keen to give the film thing a go.

Hi Fredo. We were waiting for you. Welcome to AP.
There are a few film buffs here, so post up what you've got and join in.

I'll be interested to see how you go Fredo. For a long time I was looking at getting an F100 as I thought it would be familiar enough to my D300 and so be easy to use. (In the end however I went in the complete opposite direction - medium format, fixed lens, square frame, waist-level viewfinder, manual focus, etc).
Cheers.
I am sure you will love your F100. I had one on my wish list before I started into digital. I have an old FM2n. Love the classic style and couldn't imagine ever seeing it go. Don't use it that much but a lot of fun when I do. A couple of lenses & SB-E flash, she's a neat little kit :)
here's a link to the last photo I had a play with out of this camera.

Best wishes with your new venture? Are you going the whole hog with a darkroom?
