Hi AP. New Sydney member

Hi all

I am new to this forum and most of all, I am new to photography.
I always liked taking photo but needed something better than a camera phone so I finally bought myself a Canon 600D with the 18-55 lens. I also needed a memory card and got myself a Sandisk Extreme 32gb class 10 45mb/s SDHC memory card and a standard tripod. I am shaky with the hands

I know the lens is not the best and I am a beginner so I will start small.
Other things I would like to learn is the terms/language used here and also what len does what (the numbering on the lens LOL)

So it was a good idea joining this community and start learning.

hoping to look at everyone's pics and post up some of my own.

im an amateur with editing software so my pics wont look the best.
im also trying to find if there is a picture thread (one for each month)

I'm still using the software that came with my camera for editing. :eek:
