Hi there,
Just getting back into photography after a short break.
Any tips for winter scenes other than snow and mud?
Welcome, how about stark bare trees and wintery landscapes at either dusk or dawn?

If your near an area with snow gums, they make very interesting subjects.

Just getting back into photography myself.
Spent time in Mother-in-laws (MIL) garden the other day. The last of the flowers and nature. Was refreshing and surprised at results. If cold mornings are not a problem, fog/sunrises & trees can give great inspiration, just have to be there.
All the best
:gday: & Welcome Back
- lets see some photos in the main CC forums (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/forumdisplay.php?5) maybe try a competition or 2 and have fun!
