Hi all,

I'm a happy chappy today, because this image (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showthread.php?103262-Moon-and-Mercury-rising-over-Brisbane-CBD-19th-April) has been selected as NASA's "Astronomy Picture of the Day" for April 26th 2012 :D

This is not my first image published, but it's the most high-profile to date. If you're interested, here it is:

Cheers,
Stephen

Thanks guys! It was nice to have that image featured as an APOD. The archived link is:

Daz, I basically set the camera up on a tripod and took an image every 3 minutes for about 1 hr, and then stacked them all using the free software Startrails (www.startrails.de).

Cheers,
Stephen
