Cleaning noise in CS3 or something else

How can i clean up the noise in a long exposure image....

There must be something on this site but i can't find it.....

Hi Roof,
I think there is a noise reduction opton in filters>noise>reduce noise, in CS3, Don't know how well it works. I use noiseware, does a great job.

I use "neat image' for noise reduction. The trade off being that the results can leave the image a little soft and in need of sharpening.

I use Neat Image too. Using it as a PS plugin means you can be selective about where to apply it, which can reduce the issue with sharpness that Rick mentioned (though to be honest it does a pretty good job most of the time anyway.)
