Upload for comp

Hi i am having trouble uploading the right size file for a comp,could you let me know what settings i should have to upload from lightroom.

The photo needs to be under 250kb (250,000 bytes) and 1024 pixels or less on the longest side. Do not put a watermark on the photo, and remove EXIF.

If EXIF is included with a competition entry, the AP site software will remove it and then resave your entry. We have tried to do this with minimal loss of Image Quality (IQ)
