Waiting for a Camera to get Started

I'm new to DSLR photography and found this forum to join. Thanks for having me here.
The Nikon D7000 i'm waiting for doesnt seem to be currently available and hasnt been for some time.
So i'm curently a photographer (in learning) without a camera.

Maybe have a look at the New to Photography (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showlibrary.php?title=Books:New_To_Photography_Book) book and the Learning Plan in the book.
