Hi,
My name is Helen and am a beginner of sorts. I had a Canon SLR in the late 70's and dabbled a bit but marriage, children and art/craft took over. Now with the advent of DSLR and an almost empty nest (only one left) I have decided to pick up where I left off. I purchased a Canon 450D about 2 years ago but it spent more time in the bottom of the wardrobe than shooting pics. However a recent photographic workshop I went to and an overseas trip looming later this year has got me enthused to start being more serious. I love animals so I tend to lean towards wildlife photography using my zoom, though I do like landscapes if they are interesting enough.
